Refund Policy

The application fee collected by the Center for Welfare, Education & Development (CWED) is used solely for administrative and recruitment processing purposes.

1. Non-Refundable Fee

The application fee is generally non-refundable once the application has been submitted successfully.

2. Refund in Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

Duplicate payment made for the same application.
Technical failure resulting in multiple successful deductions.
Any other case specifically approved by CWED.

3. No Refund Will Be Issued

If the candidate is not selected.
If the candidate becomes ineligible.
If incorrect information is submitted.
If the candidate withdraws the application.
If the application is rejected due to incomplete documents.
If payment has been made with an incorrect category selected by the candidate.

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact the CWED Recruitment Cell with:

Application Number
Payment ID
Reason for Refund Request
Proof of Payment

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if applicable, will normally be processed within 7 to 15 working days. The actual credit time depends upon the payment gateway and the candidate's bank.

6. Final Decision

All refund requests shall be reviewed by CWED. The decision of CWED regarding refund approval or rejection shall be final and binding.
